On the terrace and the sun is shining, over the Atlantic. Going out for dinner later so a light lunch is the order of the day. A friend returning to the UK kindly left all perishable foodstuffs, so we have a glut of tomatoes. My recipe for this occasion: sliced tomatoes, a dressing of virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, with a few mixed herbs, and a few leftovers of goats cheese with chives, and cheddar cheese, and olives.  Oh!
